Alpine is a well known brand, so I doubt they will stop woofer output.

I do not know the Alps stopped production at any time and from time. As far as I know I never stopped woofer. Only recently had a pair of new Type-R, conducted by the Alps, brand new.

Alpine Subwoofers production never stopped !!!!! I just called yesterday and the line did not speak a display submarines, head units, speakers, etc.
